The SingapoRediscovers Vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with others.

3. If I have multiple bookings, can we be seated in the same craft?

If you have made multiple bookings, please quote under the section “Any special requests or needs” the booking references to be seated in the same craft. Do note that every sub-group is capped at the prevailing social gathering group size and no changing of seats are allowed during the tour.

6. Can I cancel a booking made with the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers?

Please note that bookings involving the use of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers are non-refundable and non-resellable

There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the customer

In the event of late comers/no show, it would be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given. For reschedules, please kindly contact us at least 24 hours before the tour.

7. Can I change my tour date after booking is made?

Sure! We are happy to change your tour date (as long as you notify us at least 1 day before your current tour date) but please note that due to limited seat capacity, seats are subject to availability. If you would like to change your tour date, let us know at least 1 working day PRIOR to your departure date so we can reschedule it for you. Any unused tickets are not exchangeable for cash/credit.

For bookings made using SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, please note your ticket validity is based on your purchase date:

1. Tickets purchase before 31 May 2021 to be used by 31 December 2021
2. Tickets purchased after 1 June 2021 to be used 31 March 2022.
