Will I still need to buy tickets?
No. Passes give access to 3 or 5 attractions from 36 Classic and Select Experiences, and either 1 or 2 Premium Experiences, without the need to buy tickets.
Do I need to choose my attractions in advance?
No. You can choose where to go after you’ve collected your Pass, with the help of our Singapore Pass Guidebook.
What is the age cut off for child cards?
IPass holders are considered children if they are between 2-12 years old.
Can I purchase passes when I am in Singapore?
Yes you can! Simply proceed to any of our counters and purchase your pass there.
Is my Pass valid all day?
Your pass is automatically activated upon tapping in at your first attraction, along with the start of its validity period. Validity periods are based on calendar days, not 24 hour periods. A 5-Day Pass activated at 1500 hrs will expire at 2359 hrs on Friday.
How does the Singapore Top Pick Pass work?
Simply purchase the pass that covers the number of attractions you wish to visit. You have 5 days to enjoy the attractions. You do not have to decide ahead of time which attractions to visit – Choose as you go!
Does the Top Pick Pass expire?
A pass that has been collected but not activated (i.e. have not visited the first attraction) will expire in 1 month. Remember that your pass is activated upon tapping in at your first attraction.
Can I visit an attraction more than once?
No. Each attraction can only be visited once per Pass..
